Shipping + Returns

Each product in stock is eligible for return up to seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Should you wish to return a product, buyer is to pay shipping and post marked within the seven day time frame. If the return is due to a manufacturer defect a shipping label will be provided for you. All items must be returned in either unused or original condition for eligible reimbursement.

Special order products are not eligible for refund, however we are more than happy to negotiate the return on a case by case basis.

Each instrument and accessory that passes through my shop is well cared for. Once I receive notification that an item has been sold - it is cleaned, performance approved and well secured for the journey towards your destination.

Your satisfaction is my top priority. Should there be anything I can do to remedy an otherwise pleasant transaction, I stand by your cause and will work towards a fair resolution.

Most new instruments bear a limited manufacturer warranty which will cover the replacement of the instrument should a manufacturer defect arise within the specified time period. You will find warranty information on the product page and included with each new instrument. Though rare, should such a situation occur please contact me immediately and I will facilitate the exchange.
